◆ CNC turning and milling compound machine tool is one of the main models of compound processing machine tools, in addition to the functions on the CNC lathe can also complete the plane milling, drilling, tapping, straight groove, helical groove and milling teeth, etc., with the composite functions of turning, milling and boring, etc. The product is made of fine materials and has strong structural rigidity; it adopts one-piece castings, with a large span of the bed pallet and a diagonal tool holder, which has good chip removal capacity and operation convenience, It has the advantages of high precision, strong stability and small area; various brands of operating system can be selected according to the needs of customers.
◆Integrated sleeve spindle, imported precision spindle bearing, and spindle servo motor drive are adopted to realize high precision, high rigidity and speed stability. Heat sink type spindle box design with symmetrical reinforcement can effectively reduce spindle temperature rise and increase spindle stability and bearing life.
◆High rigidity, the bed is tilted at 30° or 45°, adopting high-quality cast iron resin sand molding, and compact ribbed plate structure, which is of good rigidity and strong shock resistance. The large drag plate and tool holder are inclined, which makes the machine easy to operate and chip removal, and occupies a small area with good livability.
◆The two-axis rotation is directly connected by servo motor and precision ball screw through elastic coupling, which has good stress condition and high positioning accuracy, and is equipped with computerized automatic lubrication system to forcefully lubricate the linear guide and ball screw.
◆ X-axis and Z-axis adopt high rigidity linear guideway, the track and rail are calculated to obtain better span, low resistance, high rigidity, high precision, displacement speed up to 28M/min, improve working efficiency and shorten processing time.
◆ Hydraulic station adopts Taiwan variable pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid valve and air-cooling device, low noise and low oil temperature.
◆Totally enclosed protection, good waterproof, and the whole casting of the base.
◆Taiwan 12-station servo-powered rotary turret is adopted, with high positioning accuracy, low failure rate, fast tool change, and nearby tool change.
◆Adopting servo spindle, adding two (three) axes radial or axial servo power head, it can realize the spindle 360 degree arbitrary indexing and positioning, with side face drilling, tapping and milling functions, and it can complete the machining of more complicated parts in one clamping.
