(1) Consequences of a sudden power failure a) When the inverter device is a GTR, the main conflict is the supply voltage of the drive circuit and the base current supplied.

 A faster drop in F will likely cause the GTR to burn out quickly as it enters an amplified state.

 b) When the inverter device is IGBT, because the power consumption of the drive circuit is very small, so the possibility of lGBT entering the amplified state is not very large, but because the output voltage of the inverter continues to fall, it will be bowed I up motor overcurrent.

(2) Protection measures ① Inverter device is GTR, once the power failure, the control circuit will immediately stop the output signal to the drive circuit, so that the drive circuit and GTR all stop.

This will stop the driving circuit and GTR from working. The motor will be in free braking state.

 When the inverter is TGBT, the inverter will be allowed to continue to work for a period of time T after the power failure, and the control circuit will stop outputting signals immediately when the power failure time exceeds T. The motor will be in free braking state. so that the motor is in free braking state.
