(3) Every time on the card and remove and replace the tool, three-axis CNC lathe operators must be the pressure cap chuck twisted open, not to apply immediately inserted the tool to change the way the tool!


(4) The operator should develop a habitual, after removing the tool to remove the collet and spindle clean and tidy.

(6) daily after the start of the operator must check the motor cooling water running status, to check the submersible pump is not normal work, to check the cooling circulating water is not contaminated by dirt, microbial strains of environmental pollution, to check the pipeline is not normal, must ensure that the cooling circulating water circulating system is normal! It is prohibited to open the spindle motor without cooling circulating water utilization in the spindle motor! The spindle motor can only be in good operating condition under regular cooling conditions. If there is a dead end in the mains water pipe that prevents the flow of water or if there is dirt blocking the pipe, the spindle motor will not work properly and will directly affect the actual results of the production process.
